Barry Oliver

The founding Director of PPFS, Barry has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry, advising clients for almost 25 years in Bank of Ireland, EBS and Cathedral Financial Consultants.

In 2018, Barry made the move to establish PPFS which incorporated in 2020, having developed a loyal client base throughout the past three decades. Barry is renowned for putting his clients’ interests first and has built a reputation for finding beneficial solutions to complex issues. 

A past player for St. Patrick’s GAA Club in Lordship, Barry now resides next door to Pairc Eamon and is very often seen supporting the green-and-white both home and away. Bonus points for guessing where PPFS’ company colours originated from…


Paddy Keenan

Paddy is now Director and a Key Financial Advisor in PPFS. He joined forces with Barry in January 2020 having returned from Australia with both directors having previous experience working together through Bank of Ireland and Cathedral Financial Consultants.

With an MSc in Management (Business) from DCU along with Professional Banker and QFA qualifications, Paddy has the experience, knowledge and capacity to deal with any case no matter the size.

In GAA circles Paddy is exceptionally well regarded as an ex-captain of the Louth senior football team, a leading member of the very successful St. Patrick’s GAA club, where Paddy won seven Louth Senior Football Championships. Paddy is also the first and only Louth senior player to win a GAA All Star award in 2010.

Dermot Cunniffe

Now living in Blackrock, Tullamore native Dermot Cunniffe joined the PPFS team in 2021. Dermot is QFA-qualified and in 2011 he was in the first group to achieve the Certified Financial Planner™ professional qualification in Ireland. He is a member of the Financial Planning Standards Board of Ireland and of the Institute of Bankers while he also holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from UCD.


Dermot has been working in the Financial Services Industry for the past 25 years, having previously worked with Citibank and in other brokerages. His experience along with the qualifications achieved allows him to offer an effective financial planning service for his clients. On his downtime, Dermot is often seen patrolling the sideline in Haggardstown, coaching the Geraldines’ underage teams or enjoying the underage success his home county has achieved in recent years.

Our Support Team

Jennie Healy

The original administrative recruit in PPFS. Jennie has known Barry and Paddy through her previous employment in New Ireland and Bank of Ireland Life where she served for 22 years.


Jennie has built up an extensive knowledge in the financial services industry and is both QFA and RPA qualified. Jennie works alongside our Financial Advisors in an administrative role described as “Pre Sales” where her expertise is utilised on compliance matters and compiling a sales pack with all the declarations, brochures and appendixes required to allow us deal with many of our complex cases and client.


While still a proud Dub, Jennie now lives in Tullyallen where she has been welcomed with open arms by Glen Emmetts GAA Club where she coaches her daughters’ teams. She has recently made a return to the pitch herself, lining out for their successful Mothers & Others team.

Leona Oliver

Since 2020, Leona has been Company Secretary, Head of Accounts and responsible for Human Resources and contracts in PPFS. She is in charge of the purse strings and without her nothing or no one would be paid.


Having previously worked with Hertz Ireland, Leona ensures the systems and processes are in place to keep the ship afloat. She engages on a daily basis with Surf Accounts, our Accountants and Auditors, Peninsula for HR and health and safety services along with our various other partners and providers.


Leona relocated to Lordship from Drogheda in 2010 where she keeps balance on a hectic family home with a menagerie of animals which can often be found with her on one of the local beaches or mountain walks.

Helen O'Malley

Helen joined PPFS in August 2021 having previously been a well-known and highly regarded part of the Bank of Ireland team in Dundalk for almost 22 years. Exceptionally strong in administration, Helen challenges the various life offices and providers we use to execute our clients’ instructions in a timely manner.


A Business Graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology, Helen is also a Professional Banker and QFA-qualified. Helen is committed to all aspects of the compliance and administrative roles within PPFS and helps us ensuring our clients professional and personal experiences are as they should be.
A staunch Cooley woman with Green and Gold blood pumping through her heart, Helen now lives in Dundalk with her family.

Sinead Hoey

Sinead recently made the move to PPFS from Bespoke Trustees Limited. Sinead is well known to many of our clients having worked in Bank of Ireland Business Banking for over 20 years where she gained experience of working with all types of corporate entities both local, national and international.

 
In PPFS, Sinead is responsible for all aspects of administration, pipeline management and compliance and would currently specialise in dealing with our Self-Administered Pension clients ensuring that their applications are processed and issued in a timely, efficient, and compliant manner.

 
Sinead is heavily involved in her local GAA club, Inniskeen Grattans, and has served in a number of roles within the club’s committee for many years, even operating behind the bar at the club’s Countryfest music festival which made a return in 2022 after a Covid-related absence.

Jessica Foskin

Jessica is the youngest member of the PPFS team and is currently working through her QFA qualifications. She is responsible for helping the Financial Advisors ascertain the policy details of new clients and for onboarding these clients in a compliant manner.

 Jessica has an eye for detail and a perseverance in getting information required in relation to fees, charges and specific key features.
Jessica is front of office and a welcome breath of fresh air to incoming clients, helping to put them at ease and engaging them with a youthful enthusiasm envied by many.

Another Drogheda native to make the Cooley Peninsula home, Jess has a very keen interest in keeping fit and travel. Her future will know no boundaries other than those she chooses to set.

In October 2023, Jess was awarded A.P.A in life assurance, loans and pensions. 

Thomas Mac Namee

Tom Mac Namee is the most recent recruit to the PPFS team, joining in May of this year 2023.

Having worked as a financial advisor with New Ireland Assurance for the last 35 years, Tom brings a wealth of experience, an enviable work ethic and an exceptional professionalism to his new role.

Meticulous in his dedication to bringing the highest levels of integrity and Best Practice to all his dealings with his clients, Tom also brings a keen attention to detail and an exceptional desire to meet the needs of his clients in every way. He looks forward to representing PPFS in the most genuine manner possible.

An ardent GAA supporter, and well-known coach, Tom, originally from Knockbridge, has lived in Dromiskin for the last 30 years.

Clodagh Tumillity

Since joining PPFS in June 2023, Clodagh has brought her expertise in Customer Service, Client Management & Liaison, Debtor Book Management, O&M, Diary Management and her knowledge of conformance & compliance requirements to ensure good corporate governance. 

Throughout her career, Clodagh worked in highly pressurised environments, she has a proven track record in organisation & methods as they pertain to office management systems.

With over 12 years’ experience as a PA to one of the most senior Junior Counsels in Ireland, Clodagh has a vast knowledge of the legal system in Ireland in all its forms.  She has an innate ability to extract pertinent information from large volumes of data setting very high standards for herself and the work she is responsible for. Clodagh has excellent people skills both from an employee and client perspective.

In her spare time, Clodagh is an avid amateur photographer and is a member of the multi award winning Dundalk Photographic Society.  Her images have won awards at national and international level and have represented Ireland on numerous occasions.  She is currently working towards her Fellowship from the Irish Photographic Federation.

Clodagh holds a degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, is a Graduate of the Institute of Personnel & Development and a Certificate in Mediation & Conflict Resolution.
